Overview
Attorney Pius Joseph tasked Courtroom Animation with showing how sever a collision his client was in due to the misjudgment from a tractor-trailer driver. Ms. Ramirez was sitting in the driver’s seat of her disabled vehicle on the shoulder of the highway when the tractor-trailer combination violently struck her. Depicting the severity of the damage to Ms. Ramirez’ vehicle was essential in obtaining the large settlement at mediation.
During the mediation the defense excess carrier, stuck at $10,000 over the policy limits, jumped their offer up to settle the case for $1,250,000. I give credit to the animation for this.
